It's complications like this that are why I use a real Wii Remote for anything that requires motion control, and my DS3 for GCpad and my Classic Controller Pro for. So when using an emulated wiimote, just anticipate adjusting it based on the game you are playing, and it will be alright. I tried to map every action in dolphin but it doesnt work. The shake option in motion control just makes the cursor move but mario doesnt spin. Everything works fine but I cant make Mario spin, the shake action doesnt work.

If you go into wiimote settings, configure, click nunchuck on the extension drop down and hit configure just under that. I am currently playing through two different games that require two different controller settings. There must be someone online that know about this 'shake' feature in Dolphin here, please :- (.
